Q. What do I need to do when relocating my business?  Can I keep my current business telephone number?

Q. I need telephone system maintenance. How do I go about organising this for my phone system?
A. Call us on 01892 577 577 or email us. We manage and support a wide range of phone systems and have system maintenance engineers that are fully accredited by Siemens, Unify, NEC and BT Meridian Norstar.

Q. How do I deal with a fault in my business telephone system?
A. Firstly if you are paying a company to service and maintain your telephone system, call them as soon as possible and log a fault. They should fix it as per your agreed contract terms. If you do not have cover or are dissatisified with your current service, call or email us and we will do all we can to help over the phone or arrange a system engineer for a site visit. We have our own experienced and qualified telephone engineers for Siemens, BT Meridian, NEC and LG telephone systems.

Q. What is the best small business phone system?
A. Each company has a different need, which is why we have various systems in our range. We strongly suggest you have a meeting with one of our consultants, and then we can guide you through some options. Call or email us to arrange a meeting.

Q. What are good choices for a business VoIP system?
A. Before looking at a VOIP or Cloud based system, you must have strong, reliable data connections. Secondly, only look at solutions provided on reliable well known platforms such as BT. There are many small unknown VOIP solutions available but you have no idea how secure or reliable they will be. Talk to us and we will offer free and impartial advice about what options are available.

A. VoIP is a technology that allows telephone calls to be made over the Internet. Depending on your network capabilities and the requirements of your company, VoIP can offer more flexibility than traditional telephone systems.

There are a multitude of services that are available and any good business telecoms provider will ask you what you are looking to achieve with your telecommunications services, rather than tell you what you can have. Q. What is cloud telephony?
A. Cloud telephony is where your telephone solution is hosted by the provider “off-site“ eg in the cloud, rather than having your own system hardware “on-site“. For large businesses with multiple sites this can offer substantial savings on maintenance costs and inter office call costs. However cloud telephony must be used only where the data connections are robust and reliable. Cloud telephony has often been installed incorrectly over sub-standard broadband connections which can cause the user endless headaches!
