They not only kept me updated on my repair, they made sure they kept communicating with me until it was fixed and was working correctly. David Cunningham31 May 2024We came across MF Telephone Services Ltd by searching for a company who dealt with our previous telephone system, and I am very pleased that we did so. Having dealt with a number of IT and telephone services companies over many years I understand how important it is to appreciate the complex nature of evolving technology and to interact positively with your technology providers. Having been less than impressed with a number of companies in this sector I was very pleased to appoint MF Telephone Services Ltd to provide our new telephone system based on digital VOIP technology. From the very first contact with MF Telephone Services Ltd despite having reservations about moving to a VOIP system I was reassured and having met with Ben I was impressed with their competence. Hassan and Liam undertook the installation and were very competent and thorough in their approach. The cost of our new telephone system was very competitive when compared to other quotations received and included a credit for our existing system. I have no hesitation in recommending MF Telephone Services Ltd to others who I am sure will be similarly impressed.

We have never had any major issues with their services and any minor ones are resolved quickly by their dedicated team lead by Ben - I highly recommend them.
